¿How do I return a product?
In case of exchange for another size or colour, exchange for a different item or return of undesired products, the delivery service will be charged to the customer. Exchanges and returns can also be done in our store in Granada (C/ San Isidro 17 Bajos, 18005, Granada). If you need an exchange or return please contact our sales team in email@example.com.
¿How long do I have to return/exchange an item?
The period for returns or exchanges is 7 working days since the arrival of the delivery.
